The Majlis Penghuni Desasiswa Adhoc Selection Committee proudly announces the vacancies for the top 4 management positions in the Majlis Penghuni Desasiswa:
Yang Dipertua (President)
Naib Yang Dipertua (Vice-President)
Setiausaha Agung (Honorary Secretary)
Bendahari Kehormat (Treasurer).
Please read and pay attention to the following details:
1. All positions are open to every registered resident of the respective desasiswas.
2. Each resident can only submit ONE (1) application. Applicants will then need to state the position in the application form. However, the suitability of each applicant for the respective positions will be decided by the Selection Committee. Please refer to Section (D) Appointment Offer in the Applicant’s Eligibility Rules.
3. The selection of suitable candidates will be based on the rules and deemed SUCCESSFUL in the interview conducted by the Selection Committee. Please pay attention to the Applicant Eligibility Rules.

2. Application period begins and application forms made available from 26 September 2011 (Monday) 9.00am at Respective Desasiswa
3. Application period closes and submission of applications on 29 September 2011 (Thursday) 4.00pm at Respective Desasiswa
4. Application retraction period (Pull-outs) on 29 September 2011 (Thursday) Till 5.00pm at Respective Desasiswa
5. Interview notification on 30 September 2011 (Friday) 10.00am at Respective Desasiswa
6. Interview – HEALTH CAMPUS on 2 October 2011 (Sunday) 8.00pm at Nurani
Interview – ENGINEERING CAMPUS on 3 October 2011 (Monday) 8.00pm at Lembaran
Interview – MAIN CAMPUS on 5-6 October 2011 (Wednesday & Thursday) 8.00pm at Tekun
7. Interview results on 7 October 2011 (Friday) 2.00pm at Respective Desasiswa
